No matter where or when you make music, it’s always about creating an experience for other people to step into. Touring and live performance is my favorite place to be, the most electric and engaging place in the universe. To create an atmosphere that can leave an impact on a complete stranger is one of the most powerfully beautiful experiences on the planet. I’ve played stages for audiences from three to three thousand strong, and no matter what, I’ve found the best experiences to come from showing up prepared and ready to engage with the room you walk into.
